I have always struggled with sleep, so I was really excited to try this superblend to see if it could actually help calm my mind and relax my body into a good night’s sleep. 😴 I was also interested to see if it would boost my energy levels so that I could actually complete our workouts to the best of my ability. 💪
I started the month’s supply with a shake replacing our lunch, as this is the meal that I thought I would miss the least. I’m also super busy during the day, so having a drink on the go instead of having to sit down for a full meal was a definite plus.
Of course, I tried the chocolate flavor first, mixing two heaped tablespoons of powder with 12 ounces of water. I mixed it in a shake bottle and drank the whole lot within 10 minutes – it was so good! I actually had to refrain from making another that day.
Overall, I found that the meal replacement shake kept me full throughout the rest of the day and I didn’t have to snack until dinner. Even then I only needed a smaller meal, so I could definitely see how it would help with weight loss and appearance.
